Additional Table (Equipment Vendor)

Vendors with more than 2 machines will need a second table

Vendor registration includes registration attendance of up to two additional Vendor/Application Specialists.

Vendor/Applications Specialists registration includes to option to attend lectures for CME credits, Continental breakfast, two coffee breaks, and lunch on Saturday .

Additional Table (Non-Equipment Vendor)

Additional (approximately 10’ x 10’) Booth space, that includes one draped table and two additional chairs.

1 Additional Vendor Employee (Total of 3 Employees)

Two people are included with initial vendor registration fee. $200 for each additional person.

2 Additional Vendor Employees (Total of 4 employees)

Two people are included with initial vendor registration fee. $200 for each additional person ($400 total)

Sponsor a Speaker

Sponsor the honorarium of one MSDU talk and conference registration for one speaker

Sponsor a MSDU Spring Seminar Track

Sponsor a track- Abdomen, OB/GYN, Cardiac, or Sunday Combined.
Naming rights to the track will be included on all marketing materials including printed, online and in-room projection in that track.

Add to the MSDU swag bag

Add items with your company logo to the bag that all attendees & speakers receive (i.e. pens, hand sanitizer, water bottle, gum/candy, USB, notebooks).

Fee + promo item

Breakfast- Saturday

Sponsor provides up to 2 signs with their product information to be displayed at the breakfast bar.
A slide will be displayed in each track room before the first speaker that morning. Breakfast includes coffee/tea, a protein item, and pastries.

Breakfast- Sunday

Sponsor provides up to 2 signs with their product information to be displayed at the breakfast bar.

Coffee Break

Choose from 3 break times: Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, or Sunday morning.
Sponsor provides up to 2 signs with their product information to be
displayed near the coffee station, and a slide will be displayed in each track room before the coffee break. Coffee/tea, water, a light snack is provided at
each break.

Saturday Lunch

Sponsor-provided logo to be printed on each meal ticket. Sponsor provides a slide for each track and signage for the meal entrance.

Appetizers Saturday Evening

Everyone’s favorite: The Wine & Cheese Reception beginning at 5 pm Saturday. Sponsor provides signage for each entrance to the reception & slide to be projected during this event. During announcements, the sponsor will also be acknowledged by the MSDU Board.

AV Sponsorship

Sponsor provides 2 signs to be located near registration desk and a slide for each break between speakers. AV Sponsorship includes Wi-Fi for the entire conference as well as projectors, electrical hook ups, & technical assistance.

Support the Student Grants

Sponsor to provide a letter or their logo to be included with the grant to each student. Sponsor will also be credited on the Grant Application. A total of 5 grants for the spring seminar tuition will be awarded through a random drawing
of applicants.

Support the Sonographer Grants

Sponsor to provide a letter or their logo to be included with the grant to each sonographer. Sponsor will also be credited on the Grant Application. A total of 3 grants for spring seminar tuition will be awarded through a random drawing of
applicants.

Support the Prize Drawing

Sponsor will provide their choice of prize, approved by the MSDU Board, for the prize drawing at The Wine & Cheese Reception. Sponsor will provide labels or signage with the prize, and the sponsor will be announced as each prize is
awarded.
